1076 W. 4th Street, an 8,400± square foot building, was originally built in 1995 in Forsyth County and just sold for $1.425 million. The building is located in Winston-Salem’s West End, which is the historic district in the city, and has prime real estate next to restaurants, shops, housings, and nearby parks.
The deal was brokered by John L. Ruffin, Executive Vice President and Broker at Meridian Realty Group, who represented sellers TarDeacHoo LLC, listing Waldrep Wall partners John Babcock, Joseph Carruthers, James Wall, Karen Wilson, and Dennis Bailey. Mark E. Fulk, President and Broker at Meridian Realty Group, represented the buyers of an LLC listing John Moser and John Chilson as members.
