Victoria Hall, a 59,860± SF building, and Albert Hall, a 85,586± SF building, were recently acquired by Novex Innovations. The two buildings, located in downtown Winston-Salem, were purchased for $12.5 million.
Trey Morgan, president of The Morgan Cos., represented Novex Innovations in the sale. Jesse H. Jarrell, CCIM and broker, of the Meridian Realty Group has been retained as the leasing agent, while Meridian Realty Services will handle the property management for the two buildings.
