The property sold for $900,000.00 and will be the site of a new self-storage facility. The site is zoned HB-S, in close proximity to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, and Hanes Brands Inc, with over 40 restaurants and retailers nearby.
The seller, Hanes Mill Summit, LLC, was represented by brokers John L. Ruffin, CCIM, and Tiffany J. Secoges from Meridian Realty Group.
