The Old Town Shopping Center, located at 3800 Reynolda Road, was recently sold for $5 million. The property currently sits on 11.75± acres and resides in Winston-Salem’s Old Town. The Old Town Shopping Center was built back in 1963 on one of Winston-Salem’s busiest roads, Reynolda Road. The property is an established Food Lion anchored shopping center.
Jesse H. Jarrell, CCIM of Meridian Realty Group, represented the sellers, J.G. Messick & Sons Inc. of Winston-Salem, in the deal. The buyers were Reynolda Associates LLC who are based in Baltimore.
