Novant Health, Inc. has purchased approximately 18.44 acres on Kernersville Medical Parkway in Kernersville. The purchase price was $5,028,158, according to Mark Fulk of Meridian Realty Group, who brokered the transaction.
The sale, which closed on September 26, 2025, includes four tracts of land located at the intersection of Kernersville Medical Parkway and Brookford Road. The properties are zoned HB-S and RS-20, offering flexibility for future development.
This acquisition continues Novant’s strategy of strengthening its presence near Kernersville Medical Center and preparing for future growth in the area.
