Meridian Realty recently facilitated a key commercial lease, representing the landlord in securing a prime location for Novant Health’s newest adult primary care clinic in Winston-Salem.
Novant Health has opened the Novant Health Adult Primary Care Peters Creek clinic at 5038 Peters Creek Parkway, its third location near north Davidson County.
Led by Dr. Kevin Burns, the clinic offers services for patients aged 18 and above, operating Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This expansion aligns with Novant Health’s strategy for the Triad region.
Meridian Realty’s William T. Bathrolomew, Jr., CCIM represented the landlord in this transaction. As Novant Health strengthens its presence in Winston-Salem, Meridian remains dedicated to fostering partnerships that enrich the community’s commercial landscape.
