609 N. Liberty, located in Winston-Salem, NC, has been leased to Nationwide Marketing Group. The property is located in Winston-Salem’s Arts District and has been restored to its original historic facades with updated windows and ceilings. Nationwide will be occupying 15,465± SF, the entirety of 609 N. Liberty, as well as the entire top floor of 601 N. Liberty.
