Potbelly opened its first Triad location on April 7 at 3447 Burke Mill Rd., in the Burke Mill Village shopping center. Charlie H. Fulk, CCIM, of Meridian Realty Group represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
Franchise partners Dion and Keish Hilliard plan to expand with six locations across Greensboro, Burlington, and additional areas of Winston-Salem. The Hilliards first discovered the brand a decade ago through a catered corporate event. While the timing didn’t align for local expansion then, they later revisited the opportunity while exploring new franchise ventures.
