When Mark Fulk discussed listing 1025 W. First Street with the owners in February 2024, the owners; Buck and Helen Levin, emphasized that perhaps more important than the price to them was seeing the property put to a worthy use that benefited the community.
They inherited the property from their parents and felt that doing so would be a deserving tribute to their parents who had built a successful CPA firm, Levin Spinnet & Co. and occupied the building since 1967. While no assurances were made, as fate (and good brokerage) would have it, the eventual buyer was Greentree Peer Support Center of Winston-Salem.
