The Shoppes at Glenn Crossing is an exciting new development adjacent to I-40 and Glenn High School. It is currently home to Tractor Supply Co., Bojangles, Sheetz, and O’Reilly Auto Parts and will now be joined by Chick-fil-A. The Atlanta-based company purchased the 1.53± Acre lot for $747,500.
The seller was Glenn Crossing Associates, an LLC controlled by Raymond Krawiec of Kernersville. They were represented by Spencer T. Bennett, CCIM and broker, of the Meridian Realty Group.
