An iconic 2,200± SF bar and restaurant, located at 1500 W. First Street in downtown Winston-Salem, has been sold to Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack. The building was originally built in 1984 as the First St. Bar and Grill and featured inimitable design components such as black African granite and Honduran mahogany. This will be Bossy Beulah’s second location with the flagship restaurant being opened in Charlotte in 2019.
Jim Noble, owner of Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack, says he is “proud to be a part of this community and to expand his impact” in Winston-Salem. Mark E. Fulk and Charlie H. Fulk, of the Meridian Realty Group, represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
