WINSTON–SALEM SPRING, 2022 – Meridian Realty Group is honored to announce William T. Bartholomew, Jr., CCIM has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation by the CCIM institute. William has been pursuing his CCIM Designation since 2019 & completed his exam April 12, 2022, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Mark Fulk, the president of the Meridian Realty Group, had this to say about William. “Will had very little commercial real estate experience when he interviewed for a position with our company in 2019. We recognized Will’s determination and desire to succeed would offset his lack of experience. This trait is reflected in the completion of the rigorous, time-consuming CCIM requirements in only three years. Simultaneously he became one of Meridian’s most productive brokers. We are privileged to have him in our brokerage family.”
The global president of CCIM institute, Leslie G. Callahan III, CCIM 2022, commented to the NC CCIM Chapter “CCIM designees have remained synonymous with the most advanced commercial real estate investment specialists anywhere for more than half a century with good reason. People rely on CCIMs to minimize risk, maximize ROI, and optimize the value of real estate.”
The prestigious CCIM designation recognizes top professional leaders with a successful record in the field. Members must complete over 160 hours of education, submit a professional portfolio and pass the exam. CCIM indicates expert knowledge in commercial investment real estate. William was among 166 commercial real estate professionals who earned the designation this spring.
