Beechnut Farms, a 542-acre property located in Tobaccoville, NC, has been sold for $2.72 million. The property was assembled over a period of 6-7 years growing from the core of Dr. Hightower’s original farm of several hundred years. Its location offers frontage on the Yadkin River and borders the Old Richmond Creek.
Charlie H. Fulk, CCIM of Meridian Realty Group, represented the sellers, Beechnut Properties LLC of Winston-Salem, in the deal. The buyers were C and S LLC, an affiliate of U.S. Buildings.
